THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL, SALAD
This big, bold, beautiful salad can be served to your kids for lunch or brought to a dinner party. It's versatile and delicious!
Ingredients ~ Serves Four
4 cups of arugula
2 cups of roughly chopped kale
2 stalks of celery chopped thinly
2 carrots shredded
1 cup of thinly chopped red cabbage
1 handful of beautiful beet sprouts
Toss the salad with a light dressing: lemon, apple cider vinegar, grape seed oil, honey, dijon mustard and a pinch of salt and paper
